When I chose Holly for my realtor, I was looking for someone to help me find a house to start a fresh beginning.  I wanted someone to find different options for me but understand my conditions.  I got so much more.  After showing me many houses and townhouses that did not work for me, I thought I was going to have to wait until next summer but then happened upon a townhouse that was perfect just being built.  Holly guided me through every step of the purchase.  What I did not expect was the incredible amount of time Holly helped me during the rest of the building of my townhouse, from showing up at 7 am to get the contractors to straighten out mistakes, to negotiating changes and additions and explaining delays and normal new building issues.  I would have backed out of what turned out to be the perfect home for my daughter and I had it not been for all of Holly’s knowledge and support.  I was so lucky I chose Holly and would highly recommend Holly for anyone looking for an incredible realtor.
